Photographer’s Note
Korca is situated at the foot of the Morava mountains, on the slopes of St. Thana hill, near the border of Greece; it was an Illyrian settlement in ancient times. It is an important city in Albanian history as the first Albanian School were opened in 1878 in the city which is now Education Museum.
