Fisherman using his net to fish in Osumi River somewhere near the town of Polican. The other side of the river where that big rock is use to be one of my favourite spots for fly fishing!
As I wrote in a note a couple of uploads back, there is not much fish in this river at the moment even though the river is perfectly clean and well capable of having a lot of them. The main reason for this is overfishing by explosives and the government that does nothing to stop it. Hopefully the situation will change in the future.

This is a cool high shutter speed shot.
I love shots where the water is detailed like that,

Excellent timing with the fast shutter speed! The freeze frame has been perfect! I just wonder about the distortion on the man...is it because you resized the picture?

wow, what a timing of clicking shutter. Excellent... Excellent use of fast shutter speed. Love the colour tone of this picture. There are some distortion in this image, but it didn't decrease the charm of the environment. Overall it is a enjoyable one... Tfs.

the lovely turquoise blue of the water and the jellyfish shape of the thrown net attracted me to this photo. The action of the fisherman is well caught.

A very good decisive moment shot with good sharpness and nice warm cold color contrasts between the cyan water and the reddish brown skin tones. Well cropped and framed using the principle of thirds. Tfs!
