These girls were playing with their ball in the main square of the town when I interrupted their game. When I was their age I use to roam free and play hard in the belief that ALL adults around me would help me should I need it. There are unwritten and invisible laws and codes in these parts that make all community responsible for all children, these laws work far better than the ones approved in the parliament. I am glad to see that this has not changed, at least not in this part of the world.

Hello Aleks. First, my compliments for this beautiful and lovely photo. The two girls seem relaxed and uncomplicated. The girls look confidently into the camera and they feel very comfortable with that. The look and posture could not be better. With this photo you have achieved a great shot. Rgds, Wolfgang.

A lovely portrait of these smiling young girls striking a pose for the camera. The square format works very well here with the framing and the girl's position at the centre. I find the posture of the girl with the pink jumper a bit unnatural. I would have placed the ball in the middle so she could set her elbow on it and get this way a better symmetrical effect. Anyway, these cute smiling faces really made my day.

The girls are very cute and they seem to be aware of it, in a modest and humorous way. They pose very confidently and obviously think it's great fun. This is a picture that makes me happy too.

What a lovely note you have given us here. It sounds as though life as a child in Albania could be a lot better than in many other parts of the World. And, of course, these two young girls look very happy and content as well as well cared for.
Lovely natural colours, especially the skin tones, and excellent detail and clarity.
