St. Vincent and Grenadines has been independent since 1979 (total pop. 110,000). I post this shot because I've discovered there are no photos of the Grenadines in TE, so this will be the first one (there are a few posts of the St. Vincent part of the country).

Agriculture, dominated by banana production, is the most important sector. The government has been unsuccessful at introducing new industries, and a high unemployment rate of 22% continues.

There is a small offshore financial sector whose particularly restrictive secrecy laws have caused some international concern.

The tourism sector has considerable potential for development, I hope this little paradise won't be spoiled.

Hi Daniel,
This is a place that I've wanted to visit for a long time; your compo with the turquise blue waters sparkling in the sun increases that desire.
Regards, Pat

Hi Daniel,
Beautiful view fo this tiny island. The water color is stunning, contrasting with the faded blue of the sky.
Take care
Ricardo

Hello Daniel,
Beautiful one here. Nice blue .great clarity. I find the sky and the sand are a bit overexposed.COuld have corrected it in a PS.
Another suggestion - You could have shown more water instead of the horizon cutting the pic in half.

Good one overall. TFS - Vikram

Nice Caribbean capture, Daniel! First, I love that Caribbean islands. And this islet looks like perfect. I would like to make a charter one day around Granadines. Did you landed in this tiny island? I´m wondering how nice it is! Great work to TE!
Regards,
Zeca

I hadn't seen this picture before. The color of the water is just stunning and the picture is very sharp, especially considering that it has been scanned. The sky seems a bit overexposed; I guess the sun was very bright. TFS, Yvonne

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for sharing this photo. I've been to St. Vincent but hadn't seen this shot. The water looks quite inviting.
