[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
View at sunset taken from the viewpoint overlooking Marigot Bay. This is one of the most beautiful parts of the island and is especially attractive as the sun goes down. The sun not only produces a glow behind the hill but also reflects from the bay itself.

We were lucky to be staying at the delightful Discovery resort just below where this photo was taken. It's a wonderful place for a romantic getaway.

Great shot Jonathan! The colour is beautiful, with lots of delicate shading in the hues. I like the balance as well, with the harbour on one side, the building on the other side and the cloud in the middle. Excellent!

Hi Jonathan,
I like the idea here, but I think you should have waited a few more minutes, the sun is too strong, it's difficult to see any detail in the foreground. This looks like a really nice place though, I think the lower right part of the picture could deserve a photo of it's own.

Hi Jonathan,
When I looked at the thumbnail I thought of the painting of Salvador Dali. The beautiful colours in the sky and colourfull cloud. Al very well contrasting against the dark foreground and united by the silver sea.
