They were cleaning out this old prison for some other use when I walked up; the poster on the wall is out of the Noriega era, hence the profanities.
Estaban limpiando su viejo carcel cuando yo llegué - la carta en la pared es de la epoca Manuel Noriega...asi hay unas palabras...negativas.
