Photographer’s Note
Adjacent to the fort town of El Castillo are a set of rapids which provide the townsfolk with abundent fishing. As the picture shows, it is not the simplest of fishing, with the nets afton getting caught in the rocks under the water and the effort of holding the boat into the torrent of water.

I think this is a fantastic shot. The rapids, the poses and expressions of the fishermen, how they are bracing themselves against the current.
It's just a shame that the photo is almost too small to appreciate the detail of the men's faces. For TE size, an interesting crop would be just the two men's faces, but then we miss out all the detail of what they are doing, and the power of the rapids.
Perhaps it could be posted in Panorama format (with a slight crop from top and bottom, which I think would work well to emphasise the main subject of the photo) so that we can a bigger image of the men. It is good that you have included lots of room for the net to fly into.
Another thing you could try is to flip the picture horizontally, so that the man is casting the net to the right. Those used to reading left to right will naturally start at the left of the picture, and a horizontal flip would have the action beginning there.
