Photographer’s Note
The Lake of nicaragua is one of the bigger of the Americas, and the Ometepe Island is the 5th bigger island in a lake.
Ometepe is composed of 2 big volcanos; there are less than 10 villages around the coasts.
The Lake of Nicaragua millions of years ago was a salt lagoon open in the Pacific Ocean. Eruption closed the link with the sea and the water lost the salt.
In the lake there is the only lacustrian shark.

Hello Paolo,
thanks for this landscape, the Volcano is amazing and I like its green colors and the clouds passing by. You have travelled a lot that is so nice, I wish I could do the same.
Thanks for sharing.

Piekny krajobraz - taki niecodzienny - ładna niebieskawa tonacja.
Beautifull ladscape - such unusual - good blue key on picture.

Ciao Paolo,
ciao, Giorgio
