Photographer’s Note
Granada is one of the oldest cities in the Western hemisphere, and has a colorful if sometimes heartbreaking history.
Spared much of the damage that affected other areas of the country during upheavals in the last century, the town is a lynchpin for the country's hopes of drawing more tourism to the region. Much of the historic downtown has been refurbished, an international poetry festival started a couple years back, and internet cafes dot the streetscape. Houses are very colorful, and neighbors often hang out on their porches at night - no locked doors here.
The contrasts on view in Granada - the richest city in a country often devastatingly poor - are many.

Congrats for a nic shot Joel. The shot is bright, colourful and lively.
Everydetail is to the point except the positioning of the subject...whcih would be more better if he is on the right side of the frame.
Simple........follow the rule of third.
Take care,
Rajeev

Bei colori Joel e belle geometrie con la fronda a rompere la regolarità. Forse un pelo sfocata. Bravo comunque.

Hi Joel!
Very well framed and with very nice colours. You placed the boy well. Good that you're posting it, guess there are not many photos of Nicaragua on TE.
