Your photos from Jamaica look like photographic interpretions of Gaugin paintings. Especially this one, with brunette ladies surrounded by lively color tones... The only think we need more here, is a horse :)

Hi Gerrit,
Pleasant beach scene, strangely nobody swimming but still a good place to chat. the clouds are nice to add *D feeling to the view. To improve picture quality I would reduce the ISO to 100 and not close the lens so much, on this lens the quality probably starts to decrease beyond f/13 and it's best between f/8 and f/13.

Great colorful line in FG, Gerrit. Wonderful human mood, very diferent from our beaches...The painted wall adds a lot of color here. I recognize the mexican blanket where the lady on the left is sat on - I have one just like that one.

Hi Gerrit.
A pleasing daily life shot, full of colour, and a great feeling of the sea. One can almost feel the breeze and smell the sea. The sky is a little grainy, but DOF is very good. I would, however, recommend a larger aperture and lower ISO for this kind of daylight shot. I think you could get the same DOF with f8.

Hi Gerrit,
Tropical sea, tropical colours, and a well composed shot. The image seems a little grainy perhaps due to the higher ISO chosen. At 35mm focal length and 1/500 at f/16 you probably could have cranked down the ISO a lot, opened up the aperture and still achieved the same shutter speed, but you would have a sharper image. Good shot though, and thanks for showing.

Fun time at the beach is clearly shown in this capture. Very nice landscape view in this capture. Perhaps the exposure is just a tad UE or there seems over saturation? But overall, this is a fine shot with great colorful contrast.

Eten en wat drinken en lekker niets doen dan achteraf wat zwemmen moet wel vrij goed gevoel geven voor deze mensen.
De stenen zitbanken dragen enigzins bij voor het mooie kleur gevoel.

De zee en de hemel dregen hun steentje bij voor een prachtige foto, lichtjes schuin maar zeker geen drama.
Mooi werk opnieuw. Bedankt.

hello Gerrit,
the colours are fantastic, this is how I've always imagined Jamaica :) I especially like the deep turquoise of the water, it feels clean and fresh.
I see that others have already remarked about the noise, especially in the sky, so I will not comment on that. compositionally (if that was possible) I'd try turning to the right a little, to have the colourful element of the tables (?) and people throughout the scene. but that's nit-picking :) the photo is great.
