Photographer’s Note

When a fishing ship comes in at the beach of Alligator Pond. The fish is measured and sold instantly and coocked also at the beach. A delight.
Is everybody helping, for the moment still but not for long (see workshop)

good capture of that scene in which everybody participates with a helping hand. Colourful action with a good diagonal view of the water line.

Dag Gerrit,

Wonderful capture from daily life there and its a still lesson for everyone. One hand is nothing but two hand has a sound (et least). I like movement on wet sand while spending their power together for one and you captured this moment very well. Also your workshop post has include an excellent details.

Ik ben iemand die zijn ganse leven reeds iets met de zze te maken heb, en wanneer ik dit zie dan zijn mijn gedachte op het strand.
Dit beeld heeft u mooi vastgelegd, de mensen met man kracht de boot op het droge brengen is een hele klus.
ook de zee en de witte golven zijn zo prachtig, zelfs de kwaliteit is perfect.
Goed gedaan, en bedankt!

jolie lumière et belle qualité ce qui permet de bénéficier d'une photo très agréable. J'aime bien les reflets sur l'eau... un peu dommage qu'il y ait le bout du bateau sur la gauche mais bon... pas très très grave.

L'équipe de foot de manchester ?
La pêche se fait encore avec des moyens traditionnels la-bas, pourquoi pas, peut-être perdons un peu trop de nos traditions pour obtenir de meilleures pêches chez nous.
Pas d'hiver bien entendu là-bas pas loin de l'équateur.

Difficile de se rendre compte du poids de la barque surtout si la pêche a été bonne !
C'est amusant de voir le tout petit à l'arrière du bateau faire comme les grands !

Met vereende krachten wordt de boot aan land getrokken, ook de kinderen helpen mee. Mooie foto van de 'daily life' hier. De kleuren zijn prettig en ook het zonlicht is fijn. Ik vind de licht vervormde spiegeling in het natte zand ook erg leuk. Prima werk!

Wonderful image of thise men happy in their honest labor bring the great old wooden boat on the beach. The reflection in the retreating surf is superb. The little child leding a hand as his mom makes sure he doesn't get hurt is a very charming element to this fine photo.
