Remember the song: "Pass the Dutchie on the Left Hand Side"?
A Dutchie is such a pan as you can see in the picture. The song is saying in the earlier years the poor people where sitting on the left side of the church, so ... give food to the poor people

Besides ... food in Jamaica is delicious!
