old woman pleased to have a few medecines for her family.
Tension was hard,so nobody wanted to come to the dispensary, affraid to be "caught" by militars.
So they used to send old people to collect "medecines"(because every young people was considered like a guerillero).
the NGO used to go frequently to assist those people in their village. Not a scientific medecine but what can we do?

I love this portrait: It is natural and expressive. Colors are looking good and the framing helps a lot.

Perfect crop and very nice light. Good details like the leatherlike skin of her chest.

A fantastically well caught situational portrait Patrick - the light is so strong but you just about hold it well without it becoming blown - this is wonderful...great focus and well caught moment.
best wishes Kev
