Photographer's Note

One of the two pillars built at the entrance gate of Sans-Souci palace, a Unesco world heritage site. It was the royal residence of king Henri I, queen Marie-Louise and their children. Construction of the palace started in 1810 and was completed in 1813. It is located in the town of Milot. The Sans-Souci palace also includes a printing shop, garment factories, a hospital, schools and a distillery chapel. Scanned shot. Source : wiki
