[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Temple # 1 in Tikal is also called Gran Jaguar. The archeological site in the middle of the Peten Jungle, by the Mayan Biosphere Reserve. The visit to Tikal leaves a powerful mark on the traveler, and the size of the constructions is certainly impressive. Gran Jaguar stands at around 45 meters, while Temple V, from where I took this picture, is around 60 meters tall. Climbing up the small wooden steps set there by the park administration is a scary experience (particularly on the way down, as mi amigo chileno Christian knows).

Hallo Daniel!
What an impressive sight! You show this temple from an outstanding point of view. I like how it "grows" out of the jungle. This must be a great place ...!
Greetings from autumnal Germany!
Frank

Me gusta por la limpieza de la foto, la selva no es tan espesa y la luz hace que el templo se vea muy nítido, solamente se podría mejorar el azul de cielo. Un saludo.
