Another view from my boat in the Lake Atitlán.

That's a view of another extinct volcano of the lake..."San Pedro" I think.

Anyway, I like the effect of the clouds of the top. It really seemed to be in eruption.

Very impressive. Vey nice too with this plesant harmony in the colors. The lake in the FG give a great depht to the image and a nice propsect. Clouds very impressive and very well collected.

quina lluminositat tan especial i quin efecte dramàtic has aconseguit en aquesta foto en B/N!
Només l'espectacular volcà, els núvols a sobre i una fina franja de llac, i ja està, toma foto.

Hi Oscar,
I really thought it was an eruption. Those clouds look like smoke. No doubt your choice of toning emphasizes this effect. I wonder if clouds of ash could really create this kind of light conditions, in the same way as sandstorms made recent views of Australia orange.

Volcanoes are impressive monuments of nature!
This is a simple composition that puts the emphasis on the subject, with this stunning cloud hovering above...
Well framed and well exposed!
