Photographer’s Note

A common site on Lake Atitlan early in the morning are the many fishermen in their dugout canoes made from a hollowed log with a couple of boards tacked on to add freeboard.
I caught this one as he was preparing his fish trap just of Santiago. A long shot with a 300mm telephoto. The image stabilizer on this Canon 70-300 is great for these long shots. Also I have sharpened it a little.
What was he whistling... :)
