Photographer’s Note
Main View of the Central plaza in Antigua Guatemala. City built in 1543. Severly damaged by earthquakes in 1773. Declared by UNESCO as World Heritage Site.
On the left, stands the Cathedral. Only the front of the church is still standing. The back of the building is in ruins. Across from the church is the Central Plaza adorned with trees and water fountains.

Raul, thank you so much for your photo!! It's an incredible place, and incredible shot. I love the sharpness, and colors, also you were lucky to catch this dramatic sky with clouds touching the mountain tip. Looking at this picture, I feel so inspired to visit this place.
