This photograph is taken in the cathedral contiguous to the central open space in Guatemala City. I do not remember the name of cathedral. Guatemala is located in northern Central America. Independence is achieved through the colony in Spain in 1821. The national majority is an Indian of the Mayan system still now. A church is Catholic like the country of the influence of government of Spain as well as other Central America. The inside of a church is so simple, so the long desks were put on the inside of the church covered with the white wall, and there was an altar in the center. On the whole, an inside is a simple impression. Some believers had offered the prayer in this time.

A good old picture, you are very fortunate having this and I really envy your discovery and scan jod. Its fun like looking back in time and the view point is lovely providing a much more visually interesting subjects in this church with all the props are real added value emphasizng the reality then. I like the treatment but I think the toning work in sepia would be better and this photo shows exactly what you want it to show, without needing much explanation it speaks itself. Excellent record shot, Well done

the interior of the church is very sparing with the visitors to are so scant.
Never mind is a good reportage shot from this country of the central America, with the quality of the picture a bit poor.

Old stuff but well rendered picture, Mikio, the indoor's light managed superbly, and fine clarity achieved. A fully employed pic. space.
