Guatemala Flores at lake Peten Itza. Overnight place before going to Tikal national park. Picture taken a few minutes before a hugh thunderstorm. I loved the special "cool" light. Scan from slide.

The light and colors are lovely, as you say, Inn. I spent a week there in 1991. I remember the loveliest colored clouds, reflecting on the water in the late afternoon. Thanks for the memories. Chau, -Hugh

Great shot! I like the way the boat stands out so well against the dark blue of the river and the sky. The sense of forboding from the dark storm clouds is wonderful. Well done!
