Beautiful shot of this place..good colours and clarity and u have done well by capturing a part of the car..i was wondering what is this thing with two wheels which this local chap is holding..??

Hallo Achim,
ein schön offenes Foto, sehr elegant den Bus ganz leicht mit eingebunden. Das gut bewegte Meer vermittelt den Resteindruck des Sturms, auch wenn er schon einige Zeit vorbei ist. Die beiden farbig gut gewählten (rot/blau) Protagonisten passen hervorragend hinein.

The inclusion of the side of the van is nice. The little boys along side the road give this shot a very care free feeling. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and DOF.

Your photo doesn't show much of the destruction of the hurricane except for some debris on the beach. It is a good shot though with the two boys adding wonderful extra interest. Well done

Achim, c'est une photo reportage bien faite. Ce paysage qui normalement doit être d'une grande beauté est ici comme blessé par le passage d'un typhon. Le désarroi de la population est proportionnel à son manque de moyens pour réparer les dégâts.

A very nice view on Grenada's coast, with superb colors and correct sharpness.. a good shot at some daily life too with some locals... I still think I would have tried to crop the side of the car... but it also gives a different feeling and atmosphere when keeping it..

THis coast is very similar to beach on Bequia Island in ST. Vincent and Grenadines.

You captured with a simple shot the beauty and roughness of this landscape. The human element with those two boys adds a lot to it. Very interesting to see that simple toy in the hands of the boy in the foreground. Thisgives an important clue to the poverty of the people living in this place.
