At a seafood restaurant on the side of the road along the coast of El Salvador, this boy cleans these freshly caught oyesters and opens them up with a hammer and chisel for the customers to enjoy this fine delicacy (some people even claim oyesters to be aphordisiacs...)

I like the contrast of light between the oysters and everything else in the picture. The shadows on the boy give him a mysterious look. Great picture!
