después de un tiempo que has tenido mucho trabajo, veo que por fin has podido presentar otra foto. Tiene tu estilo especial para mostrarnos la belleza de tu país, en este caso de unas bonitas residencias en un lugar que debe ser fantástico también, a juzgar por el WS. Has organizado un buen encuadre dando este ángulo que crea una fuerte perspectiva y mucha profundidad a la diagonal de las fachadas, con una arquitectura agradable y con colores vivos que llaman la atención.
También veo por lo que comentas en tu WS que sigues tu buena costumbre de conocer restaurantes y descubrir si se come bien. A mí también me gusta eso, quizá si un día venimos a la Rep. Dominicana, podremos aprovechar tus conocimientos gastronómicos ;o)

Estos son de los lugares de Samana que no supe como encontrar la ultima vez que estuve en la isla. Me gusta mucho la persperctiva y los colores. Un poco 'oversharpenen' y brillosa para mi gusto, pero los colores estas increibles. Veo que tambien le has puesto un marco que ayuda a la presentacion en si de la imagen.

I think this is an example of typical Caribbean architecture. The color-variation, the use of wood and the design are very characteristic.

a truly beautiful sight and would I have known about this place while I was in DR I might have taken the three hours drive up there without any problems. The inclusion of the three palms to the right is an outstanding detail in this shot. how did you manage not to get any person on your shot?

Je me suis jamais rendu à Samana mais il faudrait bien que j'y aille un jour. C'est très jolies ces maisons toutes de différentes couleurs, c'est différent de Sosua. On croirait presque une maquette. Excellent éclairage et superbes couleurs.

Extremely colourful buildings, indeed! Time sure brings change and hopefully for the better. I wanted to visit this area in the late 70's but this area was quite difficult to reach. I might just make it when the new highway is built.
This might be your first frame, but I really like it.

Bueno, sobre el marco: yo creo que le añaden un punto necesario a muchas fotos.
En cualquier caso, más allá del marco: buen trabajo a nivel de composición y muy bueno el manejo de la luz y la exposición.

Hola Emile, excellent diagonal of these charming colorful houses. It seems a wonderful place to live and for what I see here, must worth well the two hours trip from Santo Domingo. I hope that the architecture of the growing tourism doesn't ruin the place. I like the sight of the bridge in WS.
