The ozama fortress, is my favorite in santo domingo.The architecture is fantastic since 1503, the year constructed. People like it.

Me gustan mucho los colores de esta foto, también la composición que es sencilla pero va al grano, lo único te sugiero cortar un poquito en el margen izquierdo para evitar una especie de figura negra que se te ha colado. Un saludo.

very beautiful photograph, light, sharp are ok.
i like colors too. but IMHO it misses a little animation (coz POV). image is very wise, but nice.
the arm on the left side should have been cut :-)

Sergio muy buena toma de La Torre del Homenaje. Muy buena luz con excelente foco.
Una pena que se ve un brazo de alguien en el lado izquierdo, distrae un poco pero la foto esta muy buena.

Merci de nous présenter cette forteresse datant du 16ème siècle devant servir, je suppose à repousser les pirates.
Edifice architectural de toute beauté et possédant un état de conservation exemplaire.

You will see and learn many many new things in phpotography, same as we all do: I like this one very much because it is correctly shot: Framing, colors are right, and we also see this Ozama fortress, without travelling to the Domenican Republic. beautiful light color and composition...truly a nice photo...the only negative thing i can say about it is that there is a little bit of noise around the towers of the forteress...that shows you how good i think your photo is...

Hi Amigo,
Very well taken, Sergio. I like this picture very much because of the nice colours and also because I think I saw this fortress when I visited Santo Domingo in 1981.
Sergio, can you tell me if this fortress is near Diego Columbus' castle? I remember visiting a similar building and walking down a little hill where there were a few canons!!

excelente foto. la grama se ve espeluznante. solo te tengo un consejo: pon los titulos en tu idioma : espanol. ya que las fotos son tomadas aqui. y en tus notas: "You can may critiques to me..." tiene un error ortografico,..

Her Sergio! This is a very nice photo of the fortress you have taken it well, I think I may have liked to see a touch more blue sky at the top though, but apart from that great!

One thing I would urge you to consider though is the fact that in almost all of your critiques to other people you seem to add something along the lines of "now dont forget to critique to me", and while on a general basis if you critique other people they wil lgenerally return the favour, it seems as though the only reason you are commenting is so people will do it back to you. I feel that this is the wrong way to go about it.

I would just be honest and comment they way you have been doing, but leave out the part where you ask them to do the same for you, most of the time it goes without saying, and also does not make it seem as though you are only writing for one reason.

I hope I do not seem harsh and you understand what I am saying.

Hello Sergio,
you're 15 years old and you like photography, it's a good hobby !
This castle is well captured and the colors are nice.
Maybe a person will be welcome in the composition to give a scale of size.

Cela me rappelle ma visite de Santo Domingo.
J'ai fait plusieurs séjour en RD et je garde un excellent souvenir.
J'espère y retourner bientôt. Cette composition est excellente et nous permet d'admirer la beauté des pierres et de l'édifice architectural.
