Photographer’s Note

Another old slide (1981) that I have scanned.
I was walking on the beach not far from our hotel in Santo Domingo when I saw this old tree covered with moss. It looked interesting at that time and hopefully you will also like it even though I couldn't improve any more.

I wonder if it is still there??

Beautiful shot Paul. I like the contrasting colors and sharp details in the foreground sand. The only fault seems to be the lack of sharpness in the waves, which is probably an issue with the scanner.

Hi Paul,

Looks more intriguing than interesting. I had to pass by and take a look upclose, looks like a sleeping reptile resting at first. I'll give it a happy smiley for this green thing.

Hola Paul.
An interesting composition with an old trunk on the beach covered with moss that looked like a sea monster, the penalty is that the sea is a little out of focus but I think you did a good job in a photo taken in 1981 and now scanned.
