A young Dominican getting his rooster ready for a bloody cockfight in the outskirts of Santo Domingo.
I had already seen a bullfight in Mexico and thought I would like to see a cockfight. It was quite an experience but I don't think I would go again.
THIS PHOTO IS FROM AN OLD SLIDE that I took back in 1981. The quality isn't very good but I felt I had to share it with the Trekearth members.
