The view from the top floor of this house in Constanza, Dominican Republic is breathtaking. It could be an ideal place for a bed & breakfast. Temperatures in this region rarely go above 70 F. The highest mountain in the Caribbean is Pico Duarte and it can be seen in the distance from this house when the visibility is good.
