Hello Paul -

This photo really is really flawed - there is an overwhelming color cast that needs to addressed; the image lacks focus from the soldiers to the BG; and the sky is way over exposed. Now with all of that said the composition is not really that bad even though the soldiers seem to posing for you.

Don't take this negative critic to hard as these are things you need to think about and address when making the image and when post processing the image.

Sorry if I sounded to harsh.
