Photographer’s Note
The only remaining Carib Indian Reservation in the Caribean is on the island of Dominica. Due to European expansion, most of the Carib Indians died. Today, less than 3,500 Carib Indians remain. The women were quite talkative to me. The one woman, rather upset, told me that if a woman married a man who was not a Carib Indian, then she could no longer be on the tribal reservation.
There was a scratch on my negative. You can see on the face. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

yes,i can.maybe it came from the film processing or the while, you were loading film. you might try to re-process.and if you don't want.i think, you can revise it in post-production,maybe photoshop...cloning technic..
anyway,it's a good protrait to show a culture on her face.
