Photographer’s Note
Taken on Dominica island, on the trail to the hydrothermal vents. This is one of my professor walking the beaten path in the desolation valley leaving the boiling lake. It is obviously a big attraction among tourist, seeing the trail that was created, but at the time we were there the "boiling lake" had stopped boiling.
Ah well good hike non the less.
