I'm a fan of this perspective you got aswell, pulls you in towards the venceremos sign. Is the grain here purposeful because it kind of adds to the overall bleak atmosphere. If not, then I'd recommend the Noise Ninja plugin for Photoshop, pretty much removes any kind of noise.
