[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This young girl was walking home from school with a couple of her friends and a lady who may have been her mother. I asked if I could take her photo and they readily agreed. It's great to meet and photograph such nice kids in Havana.

Complimenti bellissimo ritratto. Ciao gigicacco

Great shot Todd! Beautiful close crop and sharpness on her eyes, a very charming smile.

Hey Todd,

Nice shot. Great focus.
Well done.
Ben

Glad you finally made it to Cuba, Todd. One of your trademark portrait, letting the moment and subject speak for itself, a choice emphasized by the B&W. her stance, looking up, adds to the compo, as usually, with children we tend to bend our knees and shoot straight, which may account for people getting a bit tired of yet another cute kid shot. In your case, your shooting down adds veracity, but also complicity to her smile.
