Photographer’s Note

When I first looked through this set of photos in 2002, this wasn't one that particularly caught my attention. Now with my TE perspective, I rather prefer it. It says a lot about life in Havana. The natural colourblind socialising in the street. The buildings, and the fact that there are other interesting cars there than just pre '59 US ones. French and Italian and other European imports continued through the '60s and, of many interesting Soviet examples which still survive.
