Hi Ishai,
This is a really good portrait. Photographying black people is not so easy as the skin is quiet difficult to exposed correctly.
Here the result is excellent.
The light is really good.
And the man is natural with a nice expression.
I am not sure that the white and black frame enhance the photo. Try a thiner frame.

A good portrait in a light that is not so easy to handle. I like the shine on the hair but maybe a bit much of it on the shoulders. The hat on the left bothers me a bit, I think a harder crop on the left would be fine.

hi ishai,
this is pretty good job against all the hard lighting conditions.there is nothing bothering me in the pic but I also think hte frame is not the best framing choice.
