Photographer’s Note
This is one of the most beutifull views of the Cuba country side.
The photo was taken from the Hotel Los Jasmins.
The Vinales Valey is in the province of Pinar del Rio, and is known for the mountais called mogotes, and for the production of the finest tabaco of cuba.
I didn't catch nice weather during my stay, but so the photo hasn't the light it deserves.
Anyway I hope you like it.

awsome view and green colouring, looks like a set from the film Apocolypse Now. Good shot.

Bonjour Pedro,
Des couleurs absolument magnifique!
Un beau panorama. On aimerait voir ce qu'il y a de chaque côté. Le format était-il bien choisi?
Amicalement.

Hi Pedro,
I have seen other photos of Vinales in TE and this one is one of the best for sure. A quite effective vertical POV bears a symphony of generous color tones. Very nicely given sharp details add a lot to this excellent compo. TFS,

Hello Pedro,
I discover your galery and I am filled with enthusiasm by your photos.
This one is extremely well made up, as a painting ... The colors give a particular texture .
Bravo !
I'll come back

Hi Pedro,
nice and deep coloured photo. It is a pitty that the hill right is cut but I think there was no space to capture it all- and small house in front is important because of depth and composition.

Hi Pedro - this is definitely very diffrent than the typical Cuban shots seen showing white beaches and pastel colonial houses with antique american cars, this more like the rice paddies of southern China, fascinating landscape.

Hello Pedro -
This is a great image! Don't shoot yourself down the low clouds, the diffuse light, and the rainy conditions all make for a highly saturated image. You made the right compositional decision to keep the sky out the image. Your exposure is spot on but I think I would have used a larger DOF. Well done!
Thank you for sharing

Nice shot Pedro; the great DOF gives it a
three-dimensional effect. Wonderful colors.
Congratulations.

A great capture of the place. Has it had some digital processing done on it? The color pallet looks different - the effect has worked well for it (but perhaps it is more TrekLens style?)

This really gives an excellent feeling of what this place looks like, Pedro. You were wise to exclude the sky since it was a gray day--fortunately it wasn't hazy, so all in the landscape is very clear. Perhaps it's cropped a bit low on the top--we should see a small amount of space above that hill on the left. But thanks for bringing us a place that most of us have never seen. Regards, Ken.
