This was nice. Cayo Jutias, just over an hour north of Vinales on the north coast of Cuba. Nice beach, warm water, nobody really around, a quaint little empty outdoor bar too! Literally paradise at the end of the road!

Cropped a little from original.

Fantastic post Mike. I really love the composition and the title is perfect! Nice and neat too. Well done. I think I must visit Cuba's beaches - they look idyllic.

Interesting as document, it is very efficacious. Not very nice under the esthetic point of view. It is slightly tilted to the left. It deserves, however one point ..

Hi Mike. What an extraordinary pic - the colours - arranged in 6 broad diagonal bands of brown, black, white, green and blue. I don't mind that the pic is a not super sharp.
The titel is in more then one sense wellchosen: the asfalt ends abruptly. Well seen & nicely captured.

very nice picture Mike, well done. i tried to improve it on workshop.

Nice capture of what seems to have been an idyllic day.
I like the pictures you've submitted from Cuba. There is a sense of decay that is so similar to what I see locally.
Thanx for posting these, and keep them coming!
