Bonjour Pierre,

La contre-plongée donne de l'ampleur à la statue qui trône sur un écrin de verdure. Elle se démarque bien sur le ciel bleu malgré une luminosité latérale.

Bonjour Pierre,

Notre voyage en Belgique fut de bien courte durée. Cuba n'est pas mal non plus. Le Christ est bien la seule chose que Castro n'a pu enlever au Cubains , malgré tous ses efforts.

Watching the poor people of Havana from higher ground, was probably the one comfort for them, Pierre(and the Cigars of course...). It doe's scale the image, and maybe try to compete with Rio-de-Janerho's.

Whatever - it is an eye-catching monument similar to those in other parts of Latin America, amazing size indeed...
A well framed scene, where the person in red is good for scaling!

Il est étrange que ce Christ gigantesque existe toujours à Cuba. La photo est bien éclairée et nette. Les visiteurs donne l'échelle de façon spectaculaire. Bravo.

the statue of the Christ in this forest dominates the area,with the contrast of the colours to be superb.I like the clarity of the statue as the details of it.
