the spontaneity of this shot reminds me of another one of your Cuban pictures, the one taken in the classroom..?
looks like either you had a strong artificial (neon?) light from above or the flash fired (although 1/10 seems strange for flashlight), but notwithstanding that, the girl and the woman have very natural skin tones.
the white blouse and the papers are a bit overexposed, but I am sure that with this light you did the best you could.
