Photographer's Note

I was in a barouche in motion, not very comfortable, on a ride through the city of Moron, when I saw this iconic phrase, written on that sunbathed wall. I tried a click. Some Cuban passersby, a rickshaw and an advertisement of car rental for tourists completed the scene.

At that time, I didn't see, but while resizing this image to present here, I noticed some "spot" next to the beginning of the sentence – could it be the deterioration over time or a shy graffiti trying to say NO? Or both?

There is a cropping in Workshop for you to see it better.
