This is a restaurant with thatching, near the beach of Cayo Coco, in Cuba.

Thatching is the craft of building a roof with dry vegetation.
It is an old roofing method still employed in developing countries, usually with low-cost, local vegetation. In areas where palms are abundant, palm leaves are used to thatch.
