Photographer’s Note

This is a night photo from Plaza San Juan Dios in Camagüey. This square is one of the most beautiful places in Camagüey about 200 years old with well maintained buildings. During the evening and night people are sitting outside their houses discussing and looking at the street life. The oppressive heat during the day is gone and the temperature drops to more convenient levels it's like the city wake up to life during the evening and night!

Hello Jan Olof,
I really enjoy your night photos! This photo has a special atmosphere, special mood... and an original set of colours which add a lot to the mood :) the only thing I can't get looking at this photo is cicada's sound (I don't know why it came to my mind!) Why don't photos have attached sound files? LOL
