This famous and endangered bird is said to be one of the most beautiful in the world. It lives in the cloud forest in the mountains of Central America and is in danger because of its habitat destruction. The Monteverde cloud forest preserve is a good place to see some of these birds.

Hi Antoine,
Good capture, usually this birds don't get that close and are hard to spot, even in Monteverde. Did you think about enlarging the picture and crop it to emphasize the quetzal.
