Photographer’s Note

If you like nature, you must see Costa Rica when you get a chance (if you haven't been there already). This was taken on the road from San Jose to Jaco and one of the most enjoyable drives for me while I was there.. Hope you like..

I love the green in this shot, which even reflects off the road and the tunnel effect from all the foliage overhead.

Beautiful road! I haven't been to Costa Rica, but perhaps some day the company I work for will have a international distributor meeting there and I'll be lucky enough to attend. Nice photo. The color is very inviting. My only wish would be that the road would have more curves. I love curves. ;)

Good perspective with that road that guides our eyes through the compo.

Hi Skye, I like this picture a lot, how the sun enhances the green on the trees. Is this the original of the one you uploaded in Treklens? Good perspective and beautiful contrast in colors.

Skye, i love this pic!! you've got some amazing green tones here, and a touch of it in the road too. i just noticed something though - the sky looks rather grey (instead of white)... i think adjusting curves slightly might fix that. the slightly off-centre composition of the yellow lines makes it a bit fresher too instead of the standard dead-centre composition that a lot of people choose. looks like a great drive down this road!!

I like this shot. The composition is very clean and I love all the hues of green. The trees frame the road nicely, and the center lines draw your eye into the photo.

I like this shot alot as this road looks extremely lush and inviting. However, the saturation might have been a little too much as the road looks unnaturally too green to me. If it truly looked this way then my bad. Regardless, I really like the shot.

I love this pic! No need to show more to let us dream along... I like the colours which seems to come from an other planet! And I love those lonely roads leedings to who knows where... ? An escape for imagination, possibilities, futur... A bit mystic to me! Bien joué!

Very beautiful but too much exposured where sunlit foliage located.
The green shadow of trees on the road makes me be able to smell the trees.
