Puerto Jimenez, on the Osa Peninsula, is rich in wildlife including howler monkeys, Jesus lizards, crocodiles, exotic birds like parrots and more. It's also known for world-class sportfishing. This photo was taken around sunset and is of the dock off the resort where the fishing boats leave each morning. As I was setting up to take the photo, a group of howler monkeys was watching from above.

An impressive minimalistic compositionprominent with the proficient use of late afternoon light. The shiny reflections on the surface of the sea gives charm to the scene. TFS. Best wishes,

A very nice zoom just to highlight this sunlit quay. Love the colors, especially the contrasting grey tones to the blue tones. The birds are a nice feature too and the yellow tones definitely stand out. In my humble opinion, this would've been stunning if the image was clear enough, it lacks sharpness and clarity too. Keeping the horizon straight would do better. Anyway, TFS!
all the best,

Superb light illuminating this pier, contrasting with the grey suroundings, and good use of the third rule, but maybe you sharpen too much in post processing and got some poblems around the flying birds and top of the poles.
