Hello William,
This is a fine looking crocodile you captured here, so big and intimidating, with great focus and light on it. Very clear and sharp zoom! Or...did you actually get so up close and personal with it? Those massive teeth look scary! I, also, like the cold sinister glimmer in its yellow eye. He is modeling for a portrait here, but keeping an eye on the photographer, as well.
I, also, tried to photograph these mighty predators from a boat on several occasions - in the swamps near New Orleans, in South Carolina and in the Florida Everglades - but never quite succeeded to capture any of them with such clarity, in full view, not hiding in the water...and with a gorgeous display of teeth like here!
