This may not be the greatest image ever, technically speaking, but it is one heck of a capture! Compositionally it is almost there. Most of the background to the bird is plain, and that would have been ideal. The colour in the flower has been caught well. I might have cropped down to remove the top petal as I think it gives a more pleasing composition.
What really strikes me though is that even at 1/1000 of a second wasn't fast enough to freeze the wingbeat.

Très belle cette prise Dannie,
excellente DOF très précis le focus sur l'oiseau et la fleur qu'il convoite.
Peu de couleurs, pas de surcharge inutile.
Sobre et parfait.
