Photographer's Note
This jaguar was shot at a recue centre for big cats on the pan american just north of Canas. While i am not a huge fan of captive animals, these animals had been at the centre for several years after being orphned.
Here, his eyes poke through his cage with great luminousity

First off, great photo. The composition is excellent with the jaguar's eyes perfectly placed. The color is good. The title and note are also complimentary to the photo. Truthfully though, I don't want to see a fence, no matter what the subject. Just my personal opinion and it's better than taking a photo at the zoo and "pretending" it's in the wild. I just don't find it aesthetically pleasing. That said, when you consider the whole package with the photo, title and note, it is great photo. Nice work.
