We had chosen the wrong time for a spur of the moment romantic getaway to Belize....that is until I realized just how beautiful, rich, and full of life the tropical rainy season can be. This was taken at dusk as I was alone on the beach....well except for the few stray dogs that fast became my companions...
This was taken before I discovered digital...it's a scan of a 35mm shot, so it's grainy...but it's still one of my favorites for it's mood and muted tones.
