Photographer’s Note

The tropical storm was approaching Belize's coasts. The Sun made a last effort before disappearing. I was really enchanted to see the contrast of the calm and turmoil, in this small cemetery on the seashore.

I don't know how I missed this one! The light here is fantastic. That storm looked most ominous.

Excellent photo, Andras! This is one of my favorite times to take pictures - just before a storm. The sky is incredible, especially with that one clean white cloud, and the (still blazing) sun highlighting the palm trees and tombstones against the menacing, dark sky. Love it!
