Photographer’s Note

Embarking on a new Caribbean cruise ship contract, I spent a night in Belize before boarding the next morning. This was the view from my window at the Radisson. The full moon and lit boats provided a perfect opportunity to set up my new tripod, as I listened to the live band playing on the patio below. I like the calm of the result.

Point of interest: the capital of Belize changed from Belize City to Belmopan in 1973.

Hi kai,
Your long exposure shot worked really nice, getting a very good result. I like how you got a sharp and well exposed picture without having the moon overexposed. Great work.
